I HAVE SPECIAL PRINTING NEEDS CAN I ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

    Yes, however we recommend you use the upload tool and use the options through the website but special arrangements can be made by calling 480-483-2412

 

WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS?

    We are available Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Mountain Standard Time. If you reach us after hours, feel free to send us an email, or leave us a message and we’ll return your call the next morning.

 

Upload and Designing Your Product

 

WHAT FILE FORMAT SHOULD BE USED?

    Muzeo Prints can accept PNG, JPG, BMP and TIF files that are 100MB and under. If your file is over this size limit you can flatten the image, convert to RGB in 8-bit mode and save as a JPEG at the maximum quality level. If you must send a file format not accepted online or a file larger than 20MB, please call us for assistance.

 

After You Order

 

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER WENT THROUGH, & HOW DO I OBTAIN A RECEIPT?

    Immediately after you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation containing your order number, final order total, design proof(s), billing and shipping information, which will be sent to the email you provide during checkout. Once you have submitted your order, if you do not receive this confirmation, please call our Customer Support Team at 480-483-2412.

 

MAY I MAKE A CORRECTION TO MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED?

    Since most orders are transmitted to our production staff immediately upon submission, it is generally impossible to make corrections or changes to the design submitted for printing. If you have just placed your order, and want to check if changes are possible, please contact our Customer Support Team immediately via 480-483-2412.

 

WHAT IS YOUR PRODUCTION TURN AROUND TIME?

    Production can take upto 2-4 days & 5-7 days for canvas wraps and framed prints.


CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

    Once the order has been submitted to production and printed we cannot provide a refund for the printing. We can apply credit for the shipping unless it has already been shipped.

HOW LONG DOES AN ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?

    After entering your shipping address during the checkout process, the final checkout page will provide you with all available delivery options(standard 2 – 3 days via USPS Priority mail). Please note orders placed after 10 AM (MST) will count as an order for the next day. Your delivery time can also depend on your response time to our inquiries regarding your order.

 

WILL YOU PROVIDE A TRACKING NUMBER?

    You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your product(s) leave our facility. You may click on the tracking number in the email to view transit details.

 

WHAT IS YOUR GUARANTEE?

    We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your print, we will gladly accept a return for exchange, reprint, or for a full refund, provided the problem is communicated within fifteen (15) days from date of shipment. You can always contact info@muzeoprints.com  with any questions or concerns.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

    If you are not completely satisfied with your print, simply take a picture of the print(s) and email us at info@muzeoprints.com  along with the reason for the return request. You will then be contacted by a Customer Service Representative to coordinate the refund, reprint, or exchange.
